The team

Built by people who've lived in ShotGrid.

Gofer comes from three people who have spent their careers on the inside of VFX production: one in the compositing chair, one in production and product, and one building the pipelines underneath. Together, more than 55 years in the industry.

Peter Sidoriak

Co-founder · Product

Peter has spent 20 years in VFX compositing, from Rhythm & Hues, Sony Pictures Imageworks and Digital Domain to compositing supervisor on episodic and feature work for Netflix, Apple TV+ and Amazon. As a supervisor he runs bids, schedules and client feedback as well as the work itself.

He has a habit of building the tools he wishes existed: a pipeline-integrated outsourcing tool, and an automated QC script that cut review time and client kickbacks. Gofer started the same way, as an answer to the hours artists and supervisors lose hunting for a status update or a client note.

Tram Le-Jones

Co-founder · Operations & Partnerships

Tram Le-Jones is a media technology executive and former VFX producer with over two decades of experience building and launching products at the intersection of creativity and software. She has led go-to-market launches and operations for media technology SaaS companies. Her career spans Academy Award-winning and nominated studios such as Framestore, Sony Pictures Imageworks, and Digital Domain, as well as SciTech-recognized products including ftrack, cineSync, and Flow (formerly ShotGrid). Having lived both sides of the workflow, as the artist-facing producer and as the product and operating leader, she turns real production pain points into tools that transform how global creative teams collaborate.
